Follow the instructions supplied with your device first. These general steps help with routine pod and cartridge care.
First filling
Fill the cartridge with the recommended liquid, avoid the centre airflow opening, close it securely and wait a few minutes before vaping so the internal material can absorb the liquid.
When to replace a cartridge
Replace it when the flavour becomes burnt or unusually weak, vapour output changes, the cartridge leaks repeatedly, or the liquid looks contaminated. A cartridge is a consumable part and its service life depends on the liquid and use.
Basic leak prevention
Do not overfill. Keep the mouthpiece and seals clean, close the filling port properly and store the device upright when possible. Wipe liquid from the contacts before reconnecting the cartridge.
Charging precautions
Use the recommended cable and charging method, keep the device on a stable surface while charging, and stop using it if the battery or device becomes unusually hot, swollen or damaged.
