These terms and conditions shall apply to all use you make of the website and to every purchase you make through the website.
Anyone placing an order and/or making a purchase through the website declares that they have read these terms and conditions, agree to their provisions, and will have no claim, demand, or action against the website, its management, or its employees concerning the provisions and conditions of these terms and conditions.
VapePoint reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Product prices include VAT in accordance with applicable law.
Data recorded solely on VapePoint’s computers regarding actions carried out through the website shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of those actions.
The product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. However, it is agreed and clarified that VapePoint will make its best efforts to present its customers with images that are as accurate as possible.
It is hereby clarified and emphasized that VapePoint does not undertake to maintain inventory of all products whose images appear on the website.
VapePoint makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is as complete and accurate as possible. However, it is clarified that inaccuracies or errors may appear in good faith, and in such cases VapePoint shall not be liable for anything arising from or related to them.
All prices displayed on the website for the products are in Israeli new shekels. Prices include VAT and do not include shipping fees.
The website management may update product prices and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. It is emphasized that the price applicable to an order is the price published when the ordering process was completed (including submission of credit card details). If prices are updated before the ordering process is completed, the purchaser will be charged according to the updated prices.
The website management may offer promotions, benefits, and discounts on the website. The website management may, at any time and at its sole discretion, discontinue, replace, or change these promotions, benefits, and discounts without prior notice.
Discounts cannot be combined! If two discounts apply to a purchase, only the larger discount will be applied.
To purchase products on the website, the purchaser must be an Israeli resident aged 18 or older, hold an Israeli identity card, or be a legal entity duly registered in Israel and legally competent to act and assume obligations. In addition, the purchaser must hold a credit card issued in Israel that is valid on the date the order is placed.
Registration and Placing Orders on the Website
Products are purchased using a digital “shopping cart” to which products from the website can be added. You may register on the website and enter the purchaser’s details, which will be saved for future purchases. It is hereby clarified that completing all details is a prerequisite and essential condition for placing an order.
The site management undertakes not to use the customer's details except in accordance with the site's privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use and purchase.
Products may be purchased on the site by persons aged 18 and over only, subject to the conditions set out in these regulations.
The customer declares that they are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to perform binding legal actions. The sale of smoking products to a minor is prohibited, and the consent of a parent, guardian, or third party does not permit a minor to purchase smoking products.
Once the details have been provided, the binding documents have been approved, and the customer has consented to the terms of use and privacy policy, the site management may, but is not obligated to, display or send the customer updates via their account details on the site, by email, or by text message. These include content updates, information about its services and products, as well as the services and products of others, promotions, and site updates, as defined in Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982.
After the payment details have been entered on the payment page, a confirmation will be sent by email that the order details have been received. However, it should be emphasized that this confirmation does not obligate the website management to supply the products; it only indicates that the order details have been received by the website management.
If it turns out that the customer's credit card is invalid, or that the credit card company does not honor the transaction (or any other available electronic wallet service does not honor the charge), or if the requested product is not in stock at VapePoint, the website management will contact the customer by email or telephone to complete or cancel the transaction.
Payment Terms
Payment on the website is made by credit card.
When making a payment, you will be transferred to a secure page to protect the confidentiality of your payment details. You can identify a yellow padlock icon displayed on the page, indicating that security is provided using SSL technology.
Transaction Cancellation and Product Return Policy
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”) and its regulations.
The customer may cancel an order in any of the following cases and under the following conditions:
Canceling the transaction before the product is sent to the customer will incur no additional charge, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the transaction, including shipping fees. It should be emphasized that the monetary refund will be issued in accordance with the law.
If a transaction is canceled after the product has been sent to the customer and after the goods are received in their original packaging by VapePoint, a full monetary refund will be issued. However, in the case of courier delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
A refund will be issued provided that the product is returned unused and/or free of defects and/or damage (in perfect condition), as received, and in its original packaging. If the product is returned otherwise than as stated in this section, the customer will not receive a refund. It is also clarified that VapePoint shall have sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. It is also important to emphasize that the item may be returned—provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging—within 14 days of receipt, except for items purchased on sale, which must be returned within two days of receipt. The monetary refund will be issued subject to the credit card company's policy, no later than 28 days from the date the item arrives at the VapePoint store, and only to the credit card used to place the order. It should be emphasized that the monetary refund will be processed under the same conditions as the original transaction (that is, an installment transaction will be refunded in installments, while a transaction charged as a single payment will be refunded as one payment). All refunds will be credited only to the credit card used for the order, in accordance with the credit card company's schedules and procedures. There is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction—we will take care of it for you. For orders paid in cash, the refund will be made by bank transfer directly to your account. If you have any questions, we are available by email at: support@vapepoint.co.il. It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions may be returned within two days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. No monetary refund will be issued for products for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotional items or gifts. All products may be returned except e-liquids and heating sticks. E-liquid that has left VapePoint’s warehouses cannot be returned.
Product warranty
VapePoint provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 3 months from the purchase date for the following products:
Mods for electronic cigarettes and hookahs, charging cables for devices, batteries, and battery chargers.
It is hereby clarified and emphasized that the warranty is not valid in cases of improper storage and/or use, or damage caused to the device. In addition, the warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product.
If the product arrives damaged in its original packaging and has not been used, VapePoint will send a replacement product within 14 business days of receiving the defective product.
Warranty service is conditional on returning the product in its original packaging together with the receipt.
Business warranty
The company and/or site management shall not be liable for, or bear responsibility for, any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the user and/or visitor and/or purchaser and/or any third party as a result of using or purchasing through the site in violation of these terms, regardless of the cause of action—including loss of income and/or loss of profits arising for any reason— in which case VapePoint reserves the right to cancel the specific order.
If there is a typographical error in the product description, it shall not bind VapePoint and/or the site management.
Product images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be differences between the images displayed on the site and the products actually sold.
In no event shall VapePoint be liable for any amount exceeding the value of the purchased product, or for any indirect and/or consequential damage.

The site management will not be liable for delays in product delivery resulting from events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, failures in computer or telephone systems that impair completion of the purchase process, or failures in email service.
The site management will do its utmost to deliver products by the requested date. If the purchaser believes that products purchased through the site or the services have any defect, they are invited to contact customer service, and the site management will make every effort to handle the request as quickly as possible.

Shipping policy
Products are delivered to purchasers via courier mail within the delivery timeframe promised at the time of purchase.
VapePoint undertakes to pack and dispatch orders within two business days. If you cancel the delivery after it has been handed over to the shipping company and/or refuse to accept it from the courier company, you will be required to pay an amount equal to the shipping cost.
The delivery times specified above do not apply to products that are out of stock.
The ordered products will be delivered after the purchase process has been completed, provided that the customer has a valid credit card that can be charged and processed in Israel, and that the credit card company that issued it has approved the transaction.
