The website serves as a virtual store for selling electronic cigarette and hookah devices, related accessories, and refill liquids.

The provisions of these terms will apply to all use made by you on the website and to all purchases made by you through the website.
Anyone placing an order and/or making a purchase through the website declares that they have read these terms and conditions, agree to the provisions and conditions of these terms, and will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the website and/or its management and/or employees regarding the provisions and conditions of these terms.
VapePoint reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without any need for prior notice.
Product prices include VAT according to the law.
Data recorded on VapePoint's computer regarding actions performed through the website will serve as prima facie evidence of the correctness of those actions.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. However, it is agreed and clarified that VapePoint will do its best to present customers with as accurate images as possible.
It is clarified and emphasized that VapePoint does not commit to keeping stock of all products whose images appear on the website.
VapePoint makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is complete and accurate, but it is clarified that inaccuracies or errors may appear in good faith, and in such cases, VapePoint will not bear any liability arising from or related to them.
All prices on the website are displayed on the products in New Israeli Shekels. Prices include VAT and do not include shipping fees.
The website management may update product prices and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. It is emphasized that the valid price for the order is the price published at the time the order process was completed (including providing credit card details). If prices were updated before the order process was completed, the customer will be charged according to the updated prices.
The website management may offer promotions, benefits, and discounts on the site. The website management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to stop, replace, or change these promotions, benefits, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
No double discounts! If two discounts apply to a purchase, only the larger discount will be considered.
To purchase products on the website, the customer must be an Israeli resident aged 18 or older, holding an Israeli ID card, or a legal entity duly registered in Israel and competent to act and assume obligations. Additionally, the customer must have a credit card issued in Israel that is valid on the day the order is placed.
Registration and placing orders on the website
- Product purchases will be made through a digital "shopping cart" to which products from the site can be added. Customers can register on the site and fill in their details, which will be saved for future purchases. It is clarified that filling in all details is a prerequisite and essential condition for placing an order.
- The site management undertakes not to use the customer’s details except in accordance with the site’s privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms of use and purchase.
After the details are provided, the binding documents are approved, and the customer consents to the terms of use and privacy policy, the site management may, but is not obligated to, display or send updates to the customer via their account data on the site or by email and SMS. This includes content updates, information about its services and products, as well as services and products of others, promotions, and site innovations, as defined in section 30a of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982.
After payment details are entered on the payment page, a confirmation will be sent by email acknowledging receipt of the order details. However, it should be emphasized that this confirmation does not obligate the site management to supply the products, and only indicates that the order details have been received by the site management.
If it turns out that the customer's credit card is invalid, or the credit card company does not honor the transaction, (or any other available electronic wallet service) does not honor the charge, or the requested product is not in stock at VapePoint, the site management will contact the customer by email or phone to complete or cancel the transaction.
Payment terms
Payment on the site is made by credit card.
When making the payment, you will be redirected to a secure page to protect the confidentiality of payment details. You can identify a yellow lock icon on the page indicating SSL security.
Transaction cancellation and product return policy
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the Law) and its regulations.
The customer may cancel the order made in any of the cases and under the conditions below:
Cancellation of the transaction before the product is shipped to the customer will be without additional charge, and the customer will be refunded all amounts paid for the transaction including shipping fees. It should be emphasized that refunds will be given according to the law.
In case of cancellation of the transaction after the product has been shipped to the customer and after receiving the goods in their original packaging by VapePoint, a full refund will be given. However, in the case of courier mail, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The credit will be granted provided that the product is returned unused and/or without defect and/or damage (completely intact) – as received and in its original packaging. If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited. It should also be clarified that VapePoint will have sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. Additionally, it is important to emphasize that the item can be returned - unused, in its original packaging - within 14 days of receipt, except for items purchased on sale which must be returned within two days of receipt. The refund will be subject to the credit card company's policy and no later than 28 days from the day the item arrives at the VapePoint store, and only to the credit card used for the order. It should be emphasized that the refund will be made under the same terms as the original transaction (i.e., an installment purchase will be refunded in installments, and a single payment transaction will be refunded in one payment). All refunds will be credited only to the credit card used for the order, according to the schedules and procedures of the credit card company. There is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction - we will handle it for you. For orders paid in cash, the refund will be made by bank transfer directly to your account. For any questions, we are available by email at: support@vapepoint.co.il. It should be clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions can be returned within two days of receipt in accordance with consumer protection law. No refund will be given for products for which no payment was made, such as promotional items or gifts. Return method - the customer will send the product back or bring it directly to the company store in Rishon LeZion, 10 Yosef Lishansky Street.

All products can be returned except refill liquids and heating sticks. Refill liquid that has left VapePoint's warehouses cannot be returned.
Product Warranty
VapePoint provides a manufacturer warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase for the following products:
Includes electronic cigarettes and hookahs, device charging cables, batteries, and battery chargers.
It is clarified and emphasized that the warranty is not valid in cases of improper storage and/or use or damage caused to the device. Additionally, the warranty is not valid in cases of loss or theft of the product.
If the product arrives damaged in its original packaging and has not been used, VapePoint will send a replacement product within 14 business days from the date of receiving the damaged product.
Warranty fulfillment is subject to returning the product in its original packaging along with the receipt.
Business Warranty
The company and/or site management will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the user and/or visitor and/or buyer and/or third party as a result of use or purchase through the site, not according to this policy - whatever the cause of the claim - including loss of income and/or prevention of profit caused for any reason, in which case VapePoint reserves the right to cancel the specific order.
In case of a typographical error in the product description, this will not obligate VapePoint and/or the site management.
Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images shown on the site and the actual products sold.
In any case, VapePoint will not bear any liability exceeding the value of the purchased product, nor for any indirect and/or consequential damages.
VapePoint is not responsible for the buyer's use that does not comply with the manufacturer's and/or VapePoint's instructions, including safety instructions.
The site management will not be responsible for delays in product delivery resulting from events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, computer system failures, or telephone system failures that affect the completion of the purchase process or email service failures.
The site management will do its best to deliver products on the requested date. If the buyer believes that the products purchased through the site or the services are defective in any way, they are invited to contact customer service, and the site management will make every effort to handle the inquiry as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy
Product delivery to buyers is carried out via courier mail, within the delivery timeframe promised at the time of purchase.
VapePoint commits to packing and dispatching orders within two business days. If you cancel the shipment after it has been sent to the courier company and/or refuse to accept the shipment from the courier company, you will be required to pay an amount equal to the shipping cost.
The delivery times listed above do not apply to out-of-stock products.
Ordered products will be supplied after the purchase process is completed, provided the purchaser owns a valid credit card that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and provided the credit card company that issued it has approved the transaction.
