Confirmation of the purchase is conditional on the product being in stock at VapePoint at the time of the order. However, if it is not specified that the product is out of stock and the product still appears on the site until the order is placed, VapePoint will not be obligated to sell the product, and the purchaser will not have any claim and/or claim in this regard for direct or indirect damage caused to the purchaser and/or a third party. The customer is competent to perform binding legal acts. If the customer is a minor (under the age of 18) or is not entitled to perform legal acts without the permission of a guardian, his use of the site will be considered as if he had received the permission of the guardian.
The customer holds a valid credit card issued by one of the credit card companies.
It is clarified that VapePoint will be entitled to not approve an order for any reason and at its sole discretion, including in the following cases:

After the details have been provided, the binding documents have been approved, and the client has consented to the terms of use and privacy policy, the site management is entitled, but not obliged, to present or send the client updates via his account details on the site or via e-mail and text messages. Transaction cancellation and product return policy
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 (hereinafter: the Law) and its regulations.
The customer has the right to cancel the order made in any of the following cases and conditions:

It is also clarified that VapePoint will have the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. It is also important to emphasize that the item - unused, in its original packaging - can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of items purchased on sale that must be returned within two days of receipt. You will receive the financial credit subject to the credit card company's policy and no later than 28 days from the date the item arrives at the VapePoint store, only to the credit card from which the order was made. It is emphasized that the financial credit will be made under the same terms as the original transaction (i.e.: a transaction made in installments will also be credited in this manner and a transaction charged via a single payment will be credited in one payment). Any credit will be transferred to the credit card used to place the order only, and in accordance with the credit company's schedules and procedures. All products can be returned except for refill liquids, as refill liquids require storage at a temperature not exceeding 28 degrees Celsius. E-liquids are manufactured from raw materials in the food industry, and therefore VapePoint cannot be held responsible for poor storage by the customer. Refill liquids that have left VapePoint warehouses cannot be returned.
Product warranty
VapePoint provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase for the following products:
Thank you for electronic cigarettes and hookahs, charging cables for devices, batteries and battery chargers.
It is clarified and emphasized that the warranty is not valid in the event of improper storage and/or use or breakage caused to the device. In addition, the warranty does not apply in cases of loss or theft of the product.
If the product arrives damaged in its original packaging and has not been used, VapePoint will send a replacement product within 14 working days of receiving the damaged product.
Exercising the warranty is subject to returning the product in its original packaging along with the receipt.
Business liability
